The staff was amazing! All employees who we met - the boy at the reception desk, Carmella and the other lady from the cleaning were extremely helpful and nice. We felt like coming home after 5 minutes with them. I can't be more than grateful for their help and assistance during our stay there. The room was clean and nicely equipped. The bathroom was with good size. The breakfast was delicious. The location was good right next to the train station and bus station to the airport.

The hotel is very close to the train station, metro station, suburban train which was great for our group who were focused on sightseeing. The standard of the hotel as described.

The room was nice and quite clean. The staff was helpful, and they managed to provide me with an early check-in. Also, the staff held my bags during the next day. The breakfast was not very rich but pretty good if you consider the price of the room.

The hotel is very well located (5min walk from Naples main train station), trains and tubes nearby to visit everywhere around. There are lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel. The room was modern, spacious and comfy. The staff of the hotel is nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple but has all you need (nice hot beverages, juices, some pastries/cakes, yogurt, cereals, cold meat and bread). 24hs reception.

the staff was very friendly, especially with my 2 year old girl. the location is also very good, central and easy to get everywhere by foot or with publoc transport. the room was very clean as well as the towels and bed sheets.

The hotel is located very close to the central station and the metro is very close too. The room was clean, ready for check-in earlier than expected and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was decent as well.

Freshly renovated, very near to train station, breakfast included. I read the Google reviews after I booked here and was kinda afraid that I may be scammed from what I read, but I can assure you it's all good. I had a rennovated and clean room, I was very happy with it. It's perfect if you need to spend a night or two near the train station to get to Herculaneum and Pompeii. Breakfast was also included, nothing special but good coffee and crossaints.

Location was ideal, near to the train station,shops,bars and restaurants. The lady on reception, Francesca,was lovely and happy to answer all our questions and give us advice. Continental breakfast was fine,room was comfortable. Nice hot shower. It was good value for money.

The staff were friendly the whole way through and available 24/7, the room was very secure and comfy and very clean. The breakfast was plentiful but the only sad think was the location, its sort of out of the way and hidden but it's a stones throw from the train station so was brilliant for commute

The staff were very nice and friendly. The location was good and near the train station. Breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean. Overall, the value for the price was worth it.
